Community Guidelines

Welcome to immi – a space for thoughtful updates and meaningful connection.

To ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all users, we’ve established these Community Guidelines. By using immi, you agree to follow these rules in addition to our [Terms of Use and Privacy Policy].

1. Respectful Communication

We expect users to treat others with courtesy and respect. That means: no hate speech, harassment, or personal attacks. No discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, or disability.

2. Authenticity & Transparency

Use your real identity or a consistent, honest persona. Don’t impersonate others. Disclose affiliations or sponsorships clearly, especially in updates that promote products, services, or causes.

3. Quality and Relevance

We encourage thoughtful, well-written updates that offer value. Please avoid: spam or low-effort content, misleading headlines or clickbait, and excessive self-promotion or affiliate links without context.

4. No Harmful or Illegal Content

Do not publish or share anything that:

• Promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous behavior.

• Contains illegal content or solicits unlawful activities.

• Violates intellectual property rights (e.g., plagiarized work or unlicensed images).

Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) immi has a strict, zero-tolerance policy against any content that constitutes or promotes Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to, the creation, distribution, or sharing of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Any violation of this specific policy will result in immediate content removal, permanent account suspension, and referral to law enforcement and relevant child safety authorities

5. Respect Privacy

Do not share private information about others (e.g., phone numbers, addresses, private emails) without explicit permission.

Respect other’s privacy – do not misuse contact information or export data without consent.

6. Reporting Violations

If you see something that violates these guidelines, please report the update using the in-app feature. We will review all cases to determine what action is necessary. Similarly, you may block individuals that do not follow these guidelines. We will review accounts that have been blocked or reported numerous times.

Additionally, you may report misconduct to admin@immi.community. We review reports carefully and may take action including content removal, account suspension, or bans.

7. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in: removal of content, temporary or permanent suspension of your account, referral to legal authorities in cases involving criminal activity.

We reserve the right to moderate and enforce these guidelines at our discretion to protect the safety and integrity of the community.
